Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in English and possesses extensive knowledge and experience in DNS implementations, specifically in the realms of DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. The role is crucial for our company as we have numerous clients requiring robust solutions to ensure their emails consistently reach their intended recipients and avoid being marked as spam.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Authentication and Security

• Implement and manage email authentication standards such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC to enhance email deliverability and security for our clients.

• Monitor and analyze DMARC reports to ensure the integrity and security of email communications.
  

Email Deliverability and Performance

• Provide expertise in email marketing strategies and deliverability best practices to maximize email performance and compliance.

• Implement Feedback Loop (FBL) registrations and develop warm-up strategies for new domains and email accounts to build and maintain a positive sender reputation.

• Monitor clients' domain and IP reputations, along with sender authentication, to preemptively address and resolve potential deliverability issues.

Account Management and Collaboration

• Set up and manage professional email accounts within Google Workspace, ensuring optimal configuration and security settings.

• Work independently to manage and execute projects, demonstrating a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Collaborate with our partners and their engineering teams to ensure smooth implementations in third-party managed DNS zones.
  

Analytics and Reporting

• Utilize Postmaster Tools to monitor email performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve email engagement and deliverability.

• Regularly review and interpret analytics to advise clients on strategic adjustments, ensuring continuous improvement in email campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email deliverability, DNS implementations, and email security protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).

• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and setup of professional email accounts.

• Knowledge of email marketing strategies, deliverability best practices, and compliance regulations (Google/Yahoo, CAN-SPAM, CASL).

• Experience with various ESPs (SendGrid, Mailgun, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and a solid understanding of email compliance and regulations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email deliverability and security measures.

• Experience with various DNS zone providers, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, and Amazon Route 53.

• Understanding of XML reports.

• Previous experience with migrating DNS zones is a plus.
